  • July 1, 2026. – If you are already fiscalized, you must switch to the new system by then.
  • December 31, 2026. – Old systems will be phased out – don’t wait until the last moment!

Who Needs to Implement Fiscalization 2.0?

If you operate in Croatia and issue invoices, Fiscalization 2.0 becomes mandatory for everyone. This includes:

  • New obligors (1.1.2026.) – If you are just starting with fiscalization, there are no exceptions, you immediately enter 2.0.
  • Existing fiscalization obligors – You have a little more time, but you must be in 2.0 by 1.7.2026.
  • Web shops (WordPress + WooCommerce) – If you sell online and issue invoices directly from WP+WooCommerce, your integration must be in place before the mandatory application begins.
