  • December 31, 2026.<\/strong> \u2013 Old systems will be phased out \u2013 don’t wait until the last moment!<\/li><\/ul>

    Who Needs to Implement Fiscalization 2.0?<\/h3>

    If you operate in Croatia and issue invoices, Fiscalization 2.0<\/strong> becomes mandatory for everyone. This includes: <\/p>

    • New obligors (1.1.2026.)<\/strong> \u2013 If you are just starting with fiscalization, there are no exceptions, you immediately enter 2.0.<\/li>
    • Existing fiscalization obligors<\/strong> \u2013 You have a little more time, but you must be in 2.0 by 1.7.2026. <\/li>
    • Web shops (WordPress + WooCommerce)<\/strong> \u2013 If you sell online and issue invoices directly from WP+WooCommerce, your integration must be in place before the mandatory application begins.<\/li><\/ul>
